At MetroCity Equipment, we make delivery and pickup simple, efficient, and transparent.

1. Standard Service Area

• Delivery and pickup within 20 miles of Williamsburg, VA are included in the base rate.
• Beyond 20 miles, an additional $4.00 per mile (round trip) applies to cover delivery and pickup mileage.

2. Delivery Process

• We’ll confirm your delivery date and time after booking.
• Dumpsters and trailers are placed in a safe, accessible location chosen by the customer.
• The area must be clear of vehicles, debris, and overhead obstructions at the time of delivery.

3. Pickup Process

• Customers should ensure the trailer or dumpster is ready for pickup by the scheduled time.
• Additional day charges apply if the unit is not ready or accessible for pickup.
• We may refuse pickup if items exceed fill limits or contain restricted materials.

4. Compaction Service

• Compaction services can be scheduled separately or during your rental.
• The compaction truck requires a minimum of 6 feet of width clearance for safe operation.

5. Weather & Access

• Severe weather, flooding, or access issues may delay service. We’ll contact you promptly to reschedule without penalty.
