Our Process

1. Walkthrough or Virtual Quote

We assess the home, clutter level, access, pathways, and safety. A quick visit are all we need.

2. You Tell Us What Stays & What Goes

We help separate items into “keep,” “donate,” and “dispose.” Sentimental items are handled with care, and we set aside anything important for family review.

3. Full-Service Removal & Hauling

We remove furniture, trash, boxes, clothes, household items, debris, and bulky items. Everything approved is lifted, loaded, and hauled away.

4. Donation, Recycling & Responsible Disposal

Usable items are donated first, then recyclables are sorted. Non-usable items are properly disposed of. Dump fees are included in your quote.

5. Sweeping & Basic Cleanup

Once cleared, we sweep or tidy the space to leave it safe and ready for next steps.

    We stop at Level 3. If a home reaches Level 4 or 5 — involving mold, animal or human waste, biohazards, pests, or structural issues — that’s outside our scope. We’ll refer the client to specialized restoration or remediation services.

    Pricing is based on the square footage of the affected areas and level of the clutter.
