Need a vehicle, trailer, or RV moved but don’t want to drive it yourself? MetroCity provides professional towaway driving and vehicle transport for cars, trucks, SUVs, bumper-pull trailers, small equipment trailers, and non-CDL RVs.

We drive your vehicle or RV from point A to point B, handle the route planning and fuel stops, and ensure it arrives safely — while you skip the long hours behind the wheel.

Our Process

Step 1: Trip Details
You provide the pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle type, and timeline. We confirm availability and create a delivery plan based on distance, route, and vehicle needs.

Step 2: Vehicle Inspection
We do a full walk-around inspection with photos and note any existing wear or damage. You receive a copy for your records.

Step 3: Safe Transport
We drive your vehicle or tow your trailer/RV with professional standards, safe routing, and continuous communication during the trip.

Step 4: Delivery & Final Check
Upon arrival, we complete another inspection, confirm the condition, and hand off keys or documentation.

    Fuel, tolls, and reasonable travel expenses are either included in a package rate or clearly itemized in your quote.

  • Standard Vehicles

    • Pickup trucks (½-ton, ¾-ton, and 1-ton within non-CDL limits)

    Trailers (Towaway)

    • Bumper-pull travel trailers
    • Small equipment trailers
    • Utility trailers
    • Enclosed cargo trailers
    • Light gooseneck / 5th-wheel trailers within non-CDL limits

    RVs (Non-CDL Only)

    • Class C motorhomes
    • Smaller Class A motorhomes (non-CDL weight limits)
    • Class B camper vans
    • Travel trailers towed behind a compatible truck

    If you’re not sure whether your unit is within non-CDL limits, we’ll check the weight and length for you.

    • Anything requiring a CDL (weight/size over non-CDL limits)
    • Hazardous material transports
    • Broken-down vehicles that cannot be safely driven
    • Oversized loads needing escort vehicles or special permits
    • Boats on unstable or unsafe trailers

  • Timing depends on:

    • Distance
    • Weather and traffic
    • Required rest breaks and overnight stays

    As a rule of thumb, we plan no more than 8–10 driving hours per day for safety. For longer trips, we’ll give you a realistic delivery window up front.

  • Local Towaway (0–50 miles)
    $200 – $450 total
    Includes driver time, fuel, and inspection. Best for dealership swaps, Marketplace purchases, and local moves.

    Medium Distance (50–250 miles)
    $3.50 – $6.00 per mile, one way
    Minimum: $350
    Driver labor, gas, and return transportation included.

    Long Distance (250+ miles)
    $5.00 – $7.00 per mile, one way
    Includes fuel, labor, meals, travel time, and wear on the vehicle.
    Hotels are added only when required by DOT safety guidelines or timing.

    RV, Fifth Wheel & Large Trailer Transport
    $6.00 – $9.00 per mile, one way
    Heavier, slower, higher fuel usage, increased risk, and mandatory rest periods make RV rates higher than standard vehicle towaway.
    Additional fees apply if an overnight stay or return flight is required.

    • Extra Stops (pickup/drop at multiple locations): +$50–$250 per extra stop
    • Expedited / Rush Scheduling: +$100–$250 depending on distance
    • After-hours or weekend pickup: +$50–$250
    • Short-term storage or holding: Custom quote
